Attendance cannot be recorded until after the class date and start time. Therefore, any scanned information collected before the class begins will be stored by SwipeK12 and submitted again after the class. If a scanned badge ID does not match an existing student record, SwipeK12 will retain the scanned data until the student information is entered, at which point the scanned record will be resubmitted. When Easy Scan is enabled for your HLC account, every classroom activity created includes a “Swipe K12 Scan Students” link. This link is accessible from the Edit Class page or the Class Search results.
