Northside ISD currently uses Swipe in 12 schools that serve approximately 31,000 students. The system is completely interfaced via a fully automated process to our self-hosted student information system, Sungard eSchoolPlus. The company has been responsive to our needs, tailoring a period-based scanning and consequence issuing capability that is flexible enough to meet each of our schools’ unique needs and making the system easier to install and maintain. When a school has a question or issue, the Swipe help desk team handles the matter within minutes, and we appreciate this rapid response.
